You are just steps from ski hills and hiking trails, and only a 2-minute drive or a free shuttle ride to the shops and restaurants of Blue Mountain Village. The property is also within a 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guest booking must be 25 years or older and stay at the unit during the rental period
• No pets allowed
• No smoking of any kind inside the unit
• No parties permitted
• Quiet hours: Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM
• Shoes must be removed inside the condo
• Skis and snowboards are not allowed in the unit; a ski locker is available ($100 fee for lost/missing key)
• Please remove excess garbage and dispose of it in the garbage bin upon departure
• Note: Pool towels are not provided; please bring your own for the pool or hot tub
