About Property

Step away from the hustle of your busy life and immerse yourself in the truly nostalgic experience of camp life at Bowerbird Beach Camp in Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls, Ontario. This stay is essentially a trip back in time, inviting you to embrace a "no-frills" vibe that is central to the property's charm.

Nestled in the trees up on the hill, this 640 sq ft cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior has been left relatively untouched, preserving the flooring, finishes, and original 1970s furnishings that evoke a bygone era. From the main couch, guests can enjoy a pretty wonderful view of the lake, while the sturdy dining table serves as the heart of the home for dinner, board games, or an evening nightcap. While a TV has been recently added for rainy days, the space encourages cuddling up with coffee to watch a storm pass.

Because this is a back to basics, old-school cabin experience, guests should embrace the quirks—including the occasional drip of a leaky faucet. You will be close to your neighbors, whether they are fellow campers or the local critters, birds, and squirrels. Please note that local wildlife, including bears and mice, have no boundaries; therefore, food must never be left outside or on kitchen counters.

Though there are no general amenities listed in the property data, the cabin's kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, french press, kettle, toaster, and basic cookware. For outdoor cooking, both a charcoal grill and a propane BBQ are available.

As campers at Lebron's, you have access to shared facilities including:

• Beach
• Kayaks and pedal boat
• Boat launch and dock
• Basketball hoop
• Fire pit
• Floating lily pad

Practical Information:

• Guest Packing List: Please bring beach towels, insect repellent, paper towels, Kleenex, large blue water jugs, and your own propane or charcoal/fire starters for the grills.

Once you witness your first sunset while floating in the water, the quirks of the cabin fade away, replaced by the call of the loons and the magic of fireflies. This is where you live the "good old days" and create memories your children will beg to relive every year.
