The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa bed located in the living room. The layout provides a spacious living area complete with a television and entertainment center with a DVD player, a dining area, and a patio or balcony for enjoying the mountain air. Most units also feature a cozy fireplace. A full kitchen is available, equipped with a conventional oven/stove, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and all necessary pots, pans, and silverware.

Please note that the guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. Valet is the only parking option. Family pets are not permitted; however, service animals are welcome. Guests are required to accept additional terms and conditions in accordance with resort policies, including applicable taxes and fees. Please be aware that you are renting directly from a timeshare owner; while you may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, you are under no obligation to do so.
