Our cleaning team valid after each rental if things are missing and/or broken. Chalets Comfort and the owner will be alerted if this is the case.  The tenant must notify Chalets Comfort  of any breakages or damage caused during his stay. The tenant is liable for property and bodily damage that occurs in or on the rented establishment during the rental period. The tenant and any other person on the rented premises agree to keep the owner of the property and free from any claim brought by anyone resulting from the damages for which they are responsible.  The tenant undertakes to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb the neighbors and residents of the area. It will have to stick to a reasonable level of noise, both inside and out. After 11am, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.  Terms and conditions: This property is non-smoking.  At the time of checkout, it is important to dispose of waste in the place provided for this purpose.   Only the number of people listed in the reservation are allowed at the property during the stay.  Failure to comply with rules or conditions may incur additional costs. Pets allowed (maximum 2 dogs, see conditions). Please note that you must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation at a Chalets Comfort property.
