Please respect our neighbors, quiet down around 10pm. Some of our neighbors live there full time, our of respect for them we ask that you wind down any loud music or loud outdoor conversation around 10pm.

The Buckeye Bungalow sits on a hill. When walking toward the entrance on the front side of the house, take care to stay on the paved and decking area, and stay away from the vegetation areas to avoid risk of falling.

This area is home to bears and other wildlife. They usually stay away from humans but to avoid any unwanted interactions, please do not leave any food or trash outside the house or in cars outside. If you see a bear or other wild animal, keep your distance. Do not approach it, do not antagonize it, do not try to interact with it.

The Buckeye Bungalow contains a hot tub. There are hot tub rules posted by the back sliding door, and a warning sign posted near the hot tub with safety guidance. Please observe these rules and warnings. Highlights include:
- No glass near hot tub (plastic cups are provided).
- Shower off BEFORE entering the hot tub to remove sweat/sunscreen/bug spray (this will keep the water from getting gross and foamy).
- Please close AND latch the hot tub cover after each use.
The pellet stove inside the home is strictly off-limits. Do not open, modify, or attempt to operate it. Damage or misuse will result in repair charges.
