Situated in one of the most exclusive areas of downtown Playa del Carmen, the studio is located just two blocks from the beach and literally one block away from the vibrant 5th Avenue, placing you in a prime location for exploring the city's best attractions.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. A security deposit via credit card or cash is required upon arrival. Please note that daily cleaning is not included; however, housekeeping and linen changes can be scheduled 24 hours in advance for an additional charge. For stays of 7+ days, a mandatory linen change is required. Bookings of 28 days or longer will have electricity billed separately.

Guests receive a complimentary starter kit (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and one trash bag) which is not restocked. Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request if ordered before 5:00 PM. A travel crib is available for 15 USD per stay upon advance request and confirmation.

Additional notes: The property utilizes a power-saving system; an initial electricity allowance of 15kWh per night is provided, with excess usage charged at 5 MXN per kWh. Please be aware that construction next door may cause some noise during the day. Parties and non-residential usage are strictly prohibited.
