We’re happy to host you and want you to have a great stay. Please review the following House Rules before booking.

Occupancy & Visitors Maximum occupancy is 8 guests and applies at all times, not only overnight. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted anywhere on the property. Daytime visitors and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited, even if they do not stay overnight. This applies to the entire property, including the home, yard, hot tub, parking areas, and all amenities. Parties, events, gatherings, and commercial activities of any size are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. All unauthorized visitors and registered guests will be required to leave the property. A $1,000 unauthorized-occupancy fee will be charged, in addition to any costs for excess cleaning, supplies, utilities, septic service, damage, or misuse of amenities.

We know most guests will naturally treat the home and property with care and respect. We simply want to be clear that this home is not suitable for anyone intending to invite additional visitors or host a gathering during their stay. There are other homes in the area that are set up to accommodate larger groups.

We have worked hard to create a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained home and property for our guests to enjoy, and these rules help ensure we can continue providing that experience for everyone.

Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking & Fire Safety No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, candles, fireworks, or open flames are permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. Due to extreme wildfire risk, only the provided propane fire pits and BBQ may be used. Please ensure all propane appliances are fully turned off after use. Guests are responsible for all additional cleaning, deodorization, damage remediation, or other costs resulting from violations of this policy. Pets Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow pets to damage furnishings, landscaping, or other property features. Pets should not be left unattended unless properly crated. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, waste removal, pest treatment, upholstery cleaning, or other costs associated with their pet’s stay. Wildlife & Trash Trash must be disposed of in designated containers and properly secured. Do not leave food, trash, coolers, or pet food outside, as they may attract wildlife. Guests must follow any additional trash-storage instructions provided during periods of increased wildlife activity. Property Care Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Guests are asked to remove their shoes while inside the home. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and must promptly report accidental damage so repairs can be arranged. Furniture, décor, games, and household items must remain on the property and be returned to their original locations after use. Security Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and exterior perimeter of the property. There are no interior cameras. Tampering with, disabling, covering, or disconnecting security equipment is prohibited. Compliance Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these House Rules will result in termination of the reservation, removal from the property, and applicable additional charges.
