To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please note the following practical information and house rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The minimum age for rental is 23. Per HOA rules, pets are not permitted, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both inside the condo and throughout the resort. Please be aware that pool towels are not provided, so remember to pack your own for the pool and beach.
