All guests must register vehicles 1-2 days prior to arrival and pay a registration fee (ranging from $65–$115) for parking passes and wristbands.

Special Notes: Snowbirds are welcome with low monthly rates from November through February (arrival/departure must be the 1st of the month; additional $150 cleaning fee applies). Please be aware that while the unit has no scheduled work, the resort is undergoing periodic enhancements such as stucco and waterproofing, which may cause occasional daytime noise.
