The self-contained annexe is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom containing 1 king bed and a kitchen/lounge area featuring a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The suite includes a full-sized bathroom with both shower and bath facilities, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large TV with Netflix for your entertainment.

Guests can enjoy serene views facing out onto the gardens, with inviting entertaining spaces available both inside and outside the property. Located just 100m from the harbour town, the 'Old School Studios' provide a perfect base for exploring. A brief 5-minute walk down the hill leads you into the heart of Fowey, where you will find a charming selection of independent shops, fresh local produce, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. For those seeking adventure, boat hires are available to explore the famous Fowey waters, and the renowned Eden Project is only a short 15-minute drive away.

Practicalities include parking located just 10 steps from the property; guests are advised to navigate to Hanson Drive and follow the signs for 'The Old School Studio'. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via a convenient self-check-in service. Please note that guests have access to the front entrance garden and parking only; the back garden, decking, and hot tub are strictly reserved for main house bookings.

To maintain the tranquility of the grounds, no parties are allowed, and we kindly ask that your party remains quiet after 10:00 PM, with a strict no-noise policy after 11:00 PM.
