No smoking or parties are permitted on the property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles in designated areas. Please note that the home does not have air conditioning, and guests should be aware that stairs are required to access the upstairs and loft. During winter, 4WD vehicles or chains may be required due to weather conditions.
