There are two full bathrooms, one equipped with a combo tub shower and the second featuring a shower.

The driveway is long and steep; therefore, 4WD/AWD and proper snow tires or chains may be required during winter.

Strict guidelines apply to ensure a peaceful stay: a maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted (1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. A hot tub cleaning service may visit the property during your stay.
