Designed for relaxation and group gatherings, the cabin features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With 2 bathrooms and an extensively remodeled interior, guests can enjoy updated flooring, modern bathrooms, and a refreshed kitchen and bedding throughout the home.

While the cabin provides a peaceful sanctuary, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the local scene. During the summer months, the home is within walking distance to a variety of popular destinations, including Patton Beach, the Magic Carpet miniature golf course, and Sierra Boat. You can also easily stroll to the Old Post Office coffee shop, CB's Bistro, Waterman's Landing, and the iconic Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, as well as 7-11 and the heart of Carnelian Bay.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Cooling: No air conditioning; portable fans are provided for guest comfort
• Parking: The driveway accommodates 3 cars in the summer and 2 cars during the winter
• Vehicle Restrictions: RVs and fifth wheels are not permitted in the driveway or on the street per HOA rules and local regulations
• Security: For liability and safety, video surveillance is active in the driveway area. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and may lead to eviction without refund
• Seasonal Note: Due to heavy snow, the deck and outdoor furniture may be unavailable during winter months
• Booking Requirement: An additional rental agreement must be e-signed after booking to protect the property from damages

Important Lake Tahoe Notice: Due to the region's susceptibility to wildfires and winter storms, no refunds, credits, or move requests are provided for COVID, air quality, road closures, or weather conditions. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
