SIMPLIFIED RENTAL AGREEMENT Property

The property is located at The Palms of Destin Condominium Resort 4207 Indian Bayou Trail, Ste 2610 Destin, FL 32541

Age Requirement The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must remain present for the entire stay. The primary renter is responsible for all guests.

Resort Fee A mandatory $30 per night resort fee (per reservation, not per person) is required by the resort and collected separately prior to arrival. The resort fee provides access to resort wristbands and shared amenities, as managed by the resort. Guests will receive a secure payment link approximately 10–14 days prior to arrival.

Resort Amenities Amenities include pools, fitness center, sports courts, shuttle service, and on-site dining.

Important: Amenities are managed by the resort and third-party vendors. Availability, hours, and services may vary or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

What’s Provided This is a fully furnished condo and includes cookware, dishes, linens, towels, and starter supplies (paper goods, soap, etc.).

Starter supplies are provided as a convenience and may not last the duration of your stay.

Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Housekeeping There is no daily housekeeping service.

Any cleaning concerns must be reported within 12 hours of arrival. Please allow up to 24 hours for resolution.

Check-Out Requirements Before departure, guests are required to:

Start the dishwasher Take out all trash Place used towels in the bathroom Remove all food from the refrigerator Return items to their original location Turn off lights and lock doors

Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional cleaning fees.

Quiet Hours and Conduct

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in accordance with resort guidelines. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighboring units and shared spaces.

Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

Rules No parties or events No smoking inside the unit No pets, except approved service animals as required by law Do not exceed maximum occupancy

Violations may result in additional fees, fines, or eviction without refund.

Parking Two parking passes are included. Passes must be displayed at all times. Boats and trailers are not permitted.

Maintenance Maintenance issues will be addressed as quickly as possible but may be subject to vendor availability. No refunds will be issued for temporary outages or mechanical failures.

Cancellation Please refer to your booking platform for the applicable cancellation policy. Travel insurance is recommended.

Liability Guests assume responsibility for their stay and use of the property and resort amenities. The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Agreement By confirming this reservation, the guest agrees to all terms and accepts responsibility for all individuals in their party.
