This spacious layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious Master Suite with a king bed and a private balcony offering scenic views, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: The resort charges a nonrefundable fee of $20 per car (plus tax) paid at the clubhouse for the entire stay. Commercial vehicles with logos, trailers, RVs, and boats are prohibited.
• Policies: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the patio, and on the balcony. Pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed.
• Self-Catering: The home is self-catering. Complimentary starter toiletries, one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent are provided. Guests should bring condiments, spices, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels.
• Additional Notes: Drivers' names are required for resort access. Luggage storage is not available. The resort pool and spa will be closed for renovations in late March and early April 2025.
