Two bedrooms are located on this level: one with a queen bed and another featuring stepped double and twin bunk beds with a small seating area.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite serves as a peaceful retreat with a king bed, high ceilings, and a private balcony overlooking the mountain setting. This suite includes a refreshed spa-style ensuite with a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Located in the peaceful Northwoods neighborhood, Juniper House provides easy access to the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, hiking and biking trails, Donner Lake, and downtown Truckee. Guests may have access to Tahoe Donner Association (TDA) amenities—including pools, fitness facilities, and the Beach Club Marina—subject to TDA access rules, fees, and blackout periods.

• Parking: 3 vehicles (Off-street parking required during snowfall)
• Pets: Max 2 pets allowed; $100 fee per pet due before check-in
• Booking guest must be 25+; signed rental agreement required within 24 hours of booking
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM
• Note: Exterior security cameras are installed. Snow tires/4WD/AWD are strongly recommended for winter travel. Please follow all bear-safety guidelines to protect local wildlife.
