​Quiet hours are between 9pm - 8am. STR county rules must be followed at all times. Guests must sign a rental agreement and submit contact information to confirm their booking (for local compliance laws). We ask that the person booking the home is the primary guest staying in the home and is at least 25 years of age.

NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the home or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee. No smoking on the premises.

PLACER COUNTY RULES Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to the home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below (which are also included in the listing's photos and posted in the home). * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There shall be no gatherings, events, wedding or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the listing. * PARKING: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats and trailers must be parked in the home's designated parking spots. * QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors. * LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors. * RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal BBQs and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winders, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility (the guest) to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

NO PETS There is wildlife in the area, including bears. Please read all provided information on how to be Bear Aware. Even with regular pest control service, there is a chance of seeing/hearing small animals/insects (including but not limited to ants, mice, and bats).
