This spacious retreat is designed for group comfort and privacy, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 10. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread out, and an extra hallway bed provides an additional spot for a younger guest. Each elegantly decorated bedroom is equipped with its own ceiling fan and flatscreen TV, while central air conditioning ensures everyone stays comfortable throughout their stay.

Whether you are preparing beach snacks or a complex dinner, the full kitchen is well-equipped with a French door fridge, extensive counter space, and a dishwasher. Plenty of seating is available at both the dining table and the extra-long breakfast bar. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are available so you can pack light.

Required Guest Registration: All guests must register to receive parking passes and RFID wristbands; failure to register will result in denied check-in. For a 3-bedroom unit, the pre-registration fee (more than 24 hours before arrival) is $67.41 for up to 3 parking passes and 10 wristbands. Late registration (less than 24 hours before arrival or onsite) is $78.11. A $10 late fee is charged by the Tidewater HOA for registration completed within 24 hours of arrival.
