The master bedroom includes a bathtub, though please note that the jet steam feature is currently non-functional. For a relaxing soak, guests can instead enjoy the hot tub located on the balcony.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with two separate decks providing ample space for outdoor enjoyment and taking in the scenery. While a BBQ grill is available for your use, please be aware that it is not available during the fall and winter seasons.

To ensure a seamless stay, please keep the following practical information in mind:

• Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM
• One towel is provided per person, up to a total of 10
• Pets are not allowed

This property is located within a homeowners association (HOA) with strict regulations to maintain the peace and quality of the neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The home is equipped with sound decibel monitoring devices; please be mindful of noise levels, as citations for violations can result in fines up to $1,500. Additionally, street parking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the HOA. Any vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed and removed by the HOA.
