We have a verification that will be sent to you to verify you prior to arrival as well as rental conditions to agree to. PLEASE NOTE: Your door code will be sent 4 hours prior to your check-in time but will NOT be activated until the verification is complete as well as signing the rental conditions, if you have not fulfilled these requirements by 7pm the night of check-in, we can not guarantee access to the property until the morning after and no refunds will be given. Full rules are located in the rental conditions you must sign before booking. Please let us know within 48 hours of booking if you have any questions or concerns as no refunds will be given after 48 hours of booking due to rental conditions. We only allow One dog per stay under 50lbs and we charge a $50 pet fee on your reservation. If you brought a dog, please dont leave your dog in the backyard or allow them to use the turf for potty breaks. It will start to smell. Please do not allow them on the beds or couch. If there is an excessive amount of dog hair there will be a $50 cleaning fee at the end of the stay or if you do not clean up after your dog goes potty. If you would like to clean up after your pet the vacuum is in the 2nd bedroom. We should have some extra doggy bags in the kitchen cabinet to the left of the fridge:) You'll have one spot in the driveway to park in and some street parking. Please park with the flow of traffic in the front of the home.

Absolutely no parties or events, max occupancy overnight is 2 people per bedroom plus an additional 3. Including Children. Please respect our neighbors and mind the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. If you have any issues with a neighbor, please report that to us immediately. Accidents and Damages We kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit/damage waiver amounts, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. We have two hanging chairs on the front patio. Adult supervision required. 175 pounds max. They are for sitting and not swinging. We are a non-smoking home. There is a minimum of a $2500 cleaning fee that will be charged if we find that anyone smoked in our home. All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules.
