1. Animals must be accounted for and paid for on AirBnB. (Select number of animals during your reservation prior to check out).

2. Everyone staying must be accounted for on your reservation. Example: If you have 6 guests in your group, please account for all adults and children on your reservation.

3. When staying at our property with emotional support animal, it is required that the emotional support animal travel with the guest when they are away from the property.

4. Any guests traveling with pets should maintain cleanliness of their pets at all times. Pets left alone in the property need to be crated.

5. Pets are not permitted on the putt-putt course at any time. Use of the grass area in the front right of the property is available for your pet's use. Please clean up after your pet.

6. BBQ GRILL Feel free to use the outside grill that is set up for our super guests. We provide the grill area in a clean and sanitary condition, please clean up after and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. A propane tank is provided upon the guest arrival. Additional propane is a requirement of the guest.

7. FOOSBALL / POOL TABLES A Foosball Table and Pool Table are for our guest's entertainment. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.

8. POOL / HOT TUB No Running: Running around the pool area is a common cause of accidents. Wet surfaces can be slippery, and running increases the risk of falls and injuries.

No Diving: Our pool isn’t designed for diving, guests should not jump or dive into the pool. This can prevent head injuries and potential damage to the pool structure.

No Glass Containers: Broken glass in or around the pool is extremely hazardous. Guests are to use plastic or metal containers for their drinks and food.

Use of Pool and Hot Tub Facilities Shower Before Entering: Guests are required to shower before using the pool and hot tub. This helps maintain water quality by reducing contaminants like body oils, lotions, and dirt.

No Pets: While pets can be part of the family, they can introduce bacteria and hair into the pool, affecting water quality and potentially causing allergic reactions in other guests.

No Food in the Pool: Eating inside the pool can lead to food particles contaminating the water and attracting insects. We encourage our guests to enjoy their snacks and meals outside the pool area.

Supervision and Safety Adult Supervision Required: If children are using the pool, an adult must be present at all times. This rule is essential for preventing accidents and ensuring quick responses if something goes wrong.

No Swimming Alone: Guests are not permitted to swim alone. All guests are to swim with a buddy, especially if they are not strong swimmers. This rule can be a lifesaver in case of emergencies.

Use Pool Safety Equipment: Our pool area is equipped with a life ring and extendable pole that can be used to rescue guests in distress.

Safety Signage: Before entering the pool or spa, please read all safety warnings and signs to familiarize yourself with the safety devices and equipment.

9. LAKE HOWARD All rules listed above in #5 apply to Lake Howard in addition to the following:

Swim At Your Own Risk: Swimming in the lake is at the guest's own risk.

Lake Animals: All Florida bodies of water are home to many animals; alligators, poisonous snakes (cottonmouth, water moccasin, etc), otters, turtles, fish, etc. DO NOT FEED ANY animals in the lake.

Kayak / Stand Up Paddle board: We provide kayaks and stand up paddle boards for the enjoyment of our guests. Please respect them and maintain them. Put them away before your checkout with any accessories stored properly.

Quiet Hours: We request our guests to respect our neighbors and to enjoy our property to its fullest. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.

Respect the Environment: We follow the Leave No Trace philosophy when enjoying our waterfront and lake areas. Dispose of any and all trash in receptacles provided at canal entrances or at our property.
