The layout features one bedroom with a queen-size memory foam bed, one bathroom including a walk-in shower, and a guest capacity of two adults. The interior is thoughtfully appointed for relaxation, featuring an electric fireplace and a dedicated private spa room complete with a large soaking tub and a lighted makeup vanity.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests: Adult only; maximum of two adults. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Pets: No pets or ESAs allowed (service animals require a meet-and-greet).
• Restrictions: No smoking/vaping inside, no candles or wax melt burners, and no loud music or parties (Quiet time: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
• Safety: Security cameras are active at the parking area and main property entrance. Do not bring outside firewood.
• Policies: Travel insurance is highly recommended for winter bookings. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund minus a $75 fee; no refunds within 30 days.
