Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm

Each room has ceiling fan remotes attached to the wall. Please do not remove these from the   holder on wall. A lost remote will result in $200 charge per remote because the next guest will not be able to use the ceiling fan in that room. 

No parties or events allowed

This is a pet-friendly home with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved by us in advance and the pet fee paid before arrival. An unapproved pet, or more than two pets, forfeits your damage deposit and may require early checkout with no refund. Please pick up after your pet and never leave pets unattended in the home.

Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

NO SMOKING is permitted in the rental. Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and no lighting of candles, incense, or sage indoors. Open flame is only permitted in the provided outdoor fire pit — guests must bring their own firewood, never leave the fire pit unattended or lit overnight, and fully extinguish it before going to bed or leaving the home. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.

We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.

Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).

Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.

Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.

Community pool and boat dock. This home does not have a private pool or hot tub. Guests have free access to the Terramar Beach community pool and boat dock. There is no lifeguard on duty; you are responsible for the safety and supervision of everyone in your party, including children, at all times. Use of the community pool, dock and boat launch is at your own risk, and you agree to release LevelUp Stays and the owner from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from their use. Please follow all posted community rules and hours.

Outdoor games. The deck/yard fire pit and cornhole set are provided for your enjoyment. Please use them responsibly, keep them on the property, and leave them in the condition you found them.
