To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this home. A parking fee of $35 applies to this rental, and instructions for the required parking pass will be provided in your confirmation email. Please ensure you have your registration forms ready for check-in, as the guard shack cannot provide them; contact the Gulf Shores Office if they are missing.

Pets are not allowed, though valid service animals are permitted provided they are registered with security upon arrival and remain properly controlled on a leash. Additionally, please be aware that the Palms building hot tub operates seasonally from September 16 through May 14.
