The kitchen is equipped with four new stainless appliances, paired with updated flooring throughout the main floor and all bathrooms.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and features deep-seating patio furniture and an oversized, eight-person hot tub. The front deck provides a space for outdoor dining with a 2-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ and seating for six.

Location and Neighborhood: Ideally situated for winter sports, the condo is just 100m from the Owl T-Bar and learning area, allowing parents to watch their children ride the T-bar right from the kitchen window.
