The top level is an open-concept hub featuring a large great room with a flat screen TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Here, the family can gather in a dining area that seats 14, supplemented by a breakfast bar for 4. A master king suite with an ensuite full bath and deck access completes this level, which also boasts an elevated lookout with stunning ocean views.

The mid-level is tailored for family comfort, hosting additional master suites—including a king and a queen bedroom with ensuite baths and deck access—alongside a versatile bunk room featuring a pyramid bunk, twin trundle, and a day bed with trundle. A hallway full bath and a half bath between levels provide added convenience. The lower level serves as a recreation hub with a rec room for foosball tournaments and movie nights, a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, a bunk bedroom with a trundle and twin, a full bath, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
