• Parking: Front spaces and street parking available. No commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed.
• Trash: Daily pickup by 7:00 AM; bags must be tied 13-gallon kitchen bags (no grocery bags or liquids).
• Deliveries: UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and food deliveries are accepted; USPS does not deliver to the home.
• Note: Starter supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hotel-size toiletries) are provided for the first night. Basic pantry items like salt and pepper are not included.
