• Early check-in (after 12:00 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) is available for an $80 fee. After 12:00 PM, the full nightly rate applies.
• No smoking inside the home (violations are subject to a $500 fine).
• Pets are not allowed; only documented service animals are permitted with prior resort approval.
• Personal BBQ grills are prohibited; however, grills may be rented from the resort clubhouse.
• This is a self-catering home. A starter kit with toilet paper, hotel-size toiletries, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies is provided, but guests should purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
• Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee.
