A spacious loft provides extra sectional seating and laundry facilities, served by a shared bathroom with a dual sink vanity.

While the structured amenity list is limited, the home's interior is designed for high-end living. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar for four. For entertainment, the living room and loft are outfitted with Smart TVs for easy streaming.

Outside, you can relax in the semi-private outdoor space, which features a splash pool, sofa seating, and two sun loungers. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee of $30 plus tax per day (minimum 4 consecutive days) and is highly recommended from October through May.
