• Important Notes: The property does not have a television. The pool is not heated and is closed from October through April depending on the weather. A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival, and a signed Rental Agreement is mandatory.
• Accessibility: This is a single-story home, though some stairs are present at the entrance and deck. Walkways consist of brick, gravel, stone, and mulch.
