A third, smaller bedroom is accessed through the downstairs primary bedroom and is furnished with a single day bed and trundle that sleeps two additional adults or small children. The two full bathrooms with showers are split between the floors; notably, the downstairs bathroom is only accessible by walking through the third bedroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can relax on the front porch surrounded by towering redwoods or retreat to the slate patio yard. The backyard is designed for leisure, featuring a covered outdoor dining table that seats eight, Adirondack chairs surrounding an outdoor fire pit, patio swinging chairs, and a ping-pong table. For ultimate relaxation, the property includes a private fenced hot tub and a gas grill for open-air cooking.

Located just a 3-minute drive from downtown Guerneville and the Russian River, the home is perfectly positioned for exploration. Guests are a 5-minute drive from historic downtown shops, restaurants, and Johnson's Beach. Within 10 to 20 minutes, you can visit famed wineries and breweries in the Russian River appellation, antique shop in Duncans Mills, or experience the dramatic shores of the Sonoma Coast at Shell Beach and Goat Rock in Jenner.

Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The property is accessed via two flights of exterior stairs and includes interior stairs. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles; street parking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed, though pre-approved CSA or ESA dogs are permitted. Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. A $300 security deposit hold is required two days before arrival. Occupancy is strictly limited to 6 overnight guests and a maximum of 4 daytime visitors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and outside amplified music is prohibited. Primary guests must sign the House Rules and Rental Agreement upon booking.
