This riverfront home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The bedrooms are designed for true rest, painted in a soft, cheerful yellow to capture natural light and featuring queen-sized beds with reading lamps and bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with cool tile floors, a shower, and an extra-long mirror.

Inside, the living room boasts a rustic whimsy aesthetic with planked walls, heavy ceiling beams, and a classic brick fireplace. The sun-drenched kitchen is a highlight, featuring skylights, clean white cabinetry, and a central island. The dining area is wrapped in glass, providing uninterrupted views of the forest canopy while you enjoy a fresh brew from the Keurig or drip coffee maker.

Outdoor living is a centerpiece of the experience. The expansive custom-built deck is designed to accommodate the towering redwoods, allowing the trees to burst through the floorboards. From here, you can soak in the hot tub with views of the river below, fire up the brick pizza oven and BBQ for an al fresco dinner, or gather around the fire pit surrounded by native grasses and ferns.

Located in the charming hamlet of Monte Rio, the cabin is minutes from Guerneville, Duncans Mills, and local Pinot Noir wineries. You are just a short distance from the Northwood Golf Club, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and a 20-minute drive from where the river meets the sea at Jenner on the Pacific Coast.

• Pets: Allowed (Maximum 2 dogs; no aggressive breeds or other pets. Dogs must stay off furniture/beds and cannot be left unattended. A small pet fee applies).
• Seasonal Access: The private dock, stairs, and watercraft (1 kayak, 1 canoe, 1 paddleboard) are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Columbus/Indigenous Peoples’ Day weekend.
• Additional Notes: Wood-burning stove, gas grill, pizza oven, hot tub, and fire pit are available; firewood is not provided. All guests must complete a pre-check-in verification via the secure guest portal.
