Located on the 5th floor of a building accessible by elevator or staircase, this spacious residence is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The separate bedroom provides a cozy single bed and two modern queen beds, making it ideal for larger groups. The living area further expands the sleeping capacity with three comfortable fold-out sleeping chairs, complemented by a cozy interior, a dining area with a table for eight, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Guests will have access to a luxury kitchen and bathroom fully equipped for a seamless stay. The kitchen is prepared for effortless cooking and dining, featuring a coffee maker, oven, stovetop, fridge, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cutlery and tableware. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and provided essentials such as shampoo and towels.

Situated in the bustling Hamburg-Altstadt district, the apartment puts you in the city's commercial center. To ensure a hassle-free experience, check-in is handled via a digital access system and online registration. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To preserve the honor of the neighborhood, guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels. Night rest is observed from 22:00 to 06:00 hours, and staying in the courtyard or directly in front of the apartment door at night is prohibited. The property uses decibel monitoring; repeated disturbances of the peace may result in a security service notification with a fee of 350€.
