The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for families and groups: Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with a Novaform mattress and an ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 features a king bed with a Zinus memory foam mattress and a dedicated working station; Bedroom 3 provides two twin beds with Zinus memory foam mattresses and a toy shelf for children. For additional sleeping space, the home includes a custom built-in bunk room with full-size bunks.

Outdoor living is the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy a private in-ground pool and attached spa, a poolside bar with an outdoor TV, and a lounge area with a gas firepit. • Rules: A signed renter agreement is required. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy must be observed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted without approval.
• Pool Safety: The pool is 4 ft deep; no lifeguard is on duty, and children must be supervised at all times using provided water watcher wristbands.
• Pets: Pets are welcome only if approved in the reservation. They must be kept off furniture and bedding and are not permitted in the pool or spa.
