Designed for expansive gatherings, the property features 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. These unique sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across all three floors of the Main House as well as the separate Carriage House. For those with limited mobility, please note that the home requires the use of stairs as there is no elevator; however, the August Meyer room on the first floor of the main house and the Charlie Parker room on the first floor of the Carriage House are accessible without climbing stairs. Room details include king-sized or queen-sized beds, Keurig coffee makers, mini fridges, and private toilets. A few select rooms also offer armchairs, private patios, and large jacuzzi bathtubs.

Guests have full access to the mansion's refined common areas, including a main floor living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a harvest dining room with a lengthy wood table, and a sunroom with abundant seating. The veranda, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooks the garden in the summer. A shared kitchen is also available for guest use.

Southmoreland is an ideal setting for intimate events such as family gatherings, small weddings, or corporate retreats. While the property can accommodate up to 28 overnight guests and up to 40 guests for onsite events, specific rules apply. All outdoor or evening events require the rental of the entire property and the presence of a security officer coordinated through management.
