The main level serves as the heart of the home, containing the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and a small bathroom.

• Guest Policy: No more than 7 guests may be on the property at any one time without prior host approval; violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited in or on the property due to being in a high-fire area ($200/day fee for violations).
• Fees: $100 for approved early check-in (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM), $50 for unapproved late check-out, and $30 for key replacement per key.
