The remaining four bedrooms are located downstairs, consisting of one queen bed, one double bed, and two single beds, all serviced by a main bathroom.

Inside, the upper-level living room is the heart of the home, featuring two comfortable four-seater couches, a warm fireplace, and a smart TV. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated office space with a desk and chair is also available. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a Nespresso pod coffee machine and an adjacent dining area with an 8-seater table overlooking the coastal landscape. To maintain the tranquility of the residential estate, loud music is prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Smoking and events are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds to avoid a $200 professional cleaning fee.
