A highlight of the home is its two balconies that directly overlook the lake; one is accessible from the bedroom, and the other from the living area and is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs—perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while admiring a breathtaking view.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the apartment is fully equipped for a self-sufficient stay.
