Designed for maximum comfort, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed located in a standing-height loft. For additional versatility, a second living area loft is available, accessed via a ladder. The home includes 1 bathroom and is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests.

Inside, you will find a light and sunny open-plan living area characterized by stylish and interesting decor, featuring a leather sofa and a Sleepyhead Balance Plush Queen bed with cozy throws and freshly laundered linen. The space is fully insulated with large double-glazed windows that frame beautiful views of the Waikawa River and Kapiti Island. The well-designed kitchen comes fully fitted with a breakfast bar, bifold windows offering sea views, a fridge/freezer, convection microwave oven, ceramic hob, George Foreman Grill, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules supplied.
