This spacious residence features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout is perfect for groups and families, including a dedicated game room and wet bar that overlooks the delta, providing a wonderful space for entertainment and leisure.

For those who love the outdoors, the property is a paradise of activity. You can bring your own boat or jet skis, or take advantage of the available stand-up paddleboard, paddleboat, canoe, and kayaks. Whether you are swimming, engaging in outdoor games, or fishing right off the deck, there is something for everyone. The large back deck is an ideal spot to unwind and cook on the BBQ while taking in the scenery.

Located conveniently near the marina, the home is just minutes away from fast water. Guests have direct access to the front door and backyard, with parking available in the garage, driveway, and one limited street spot. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, a maximum of 2-3 cars is allowed, and carpooling is recommended.

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay, please note that life jackets are available and must be worn at all times on the lower deck as it floats on the water. Fishing is encouraged from the deck, though guests must provide their own fishing gear. We also offer boat rental partnerships for half-day or full-day excursions. As we are located within a close-knit retirement community, please be mindful of the 5 mph no-wake zone in the lake, which limits guests to one boat and one jet ski at a time.
