1.User Requirements. ID Verification. Background Screening: To Book this property, you must be 25 years or older. The only exception is young married couples under 25. When booking a stay, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information for you and your reservation party. You will be sent a text message via Guest Ranger to upload your ID to accurately match your reservation. Airbnb does NOT provide ID information to hosts.

2. Surveillance: Each Accommodation may be monitored by video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that local law and the rules of the community are respected. Accommodations may include noise alert decibel monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

3.Nature:
This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons, bears and bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

4.WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also little cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy: We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

5. Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Pet Rules:

We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home.

1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 2 Dogs allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever.
6. Pets cannot be left in the cabin while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid via AirBNB resolution center immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to community club rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations from the community association will be charged to the guest.
