The open and airy living area is bathed in natural light, leading to a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

While the property amenities list is managed by the resort, guests have access to resort-style features including two sparkling gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, and a fitness center. For added convenience, the unit is located on the 3rd floor, the same level as the walkover to the garage. Guests also benefit from an in-unit washer and dryer.

Situated on the east end of Panama City Beach, the resort is within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and is centrally located near top attractions such as Pier Park and Gulf World Marine Park. For dining and drinks, Schooners beachside bar and grill is located right next door.

• Parking: One parking pass is included; additional passes may be available for a fee. No overflow parking.
• Pets & Smoking: Not pet-friendly and strictly non-smoking.
• Resort Rules: No outside golf carts or scooters permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Other: A Ring camera is installed at the front door for security. Guests must provide a signed rental agreement and ID within 48 hours of booking.
