1. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. Meaning if you book for 6 people you can not have more than 6 at the condo at all times. Our maximum amount is 6 guests. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
2. No parties or events are allowed at the condo. If there is a party in the property (as further evidence by noise complaint, security report or by excessive amounts of trash or destruction) the guest will be charged for a Deep Clean on top of your already paid cleaning fee starting at additional $500, replacement of damaged items and property, plus any additional charges necessary to return the home to its previous state.
3. Damage, trash and cleaning: Any damage, excessive cleaning, excessive trash, incidental charges such as added housekeeping may result in additional charges, at the sole discretion of the cleaner.
4. Check-In time is 4:00PM (unless otherwise approved in writing before arrival). Early check-in will not be approved in peak season (January to April) without additional fees.
5. Check-Out time is 10:00AM (unless otherwise approved in writing). No late check-out will be granted if another guest is checking in on the same day.
6. Trash must be taken down to the dumpsters located in the parking lots. Please do not let the trash pile up in the condo during your stay as to not attract any bugs.
7. The guest that made the reservation is solely responsible for ALL GUESTS staying in the condo.
8. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
9. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
10. There is one exterior camera that records audio and video at the front door.

Pool Rules: A) All persons swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. B) No glass or breakable containers near the pool. C) Please be respectful of all other tenants at the pool. D) No loud music at the pool.

Noise Level:

• Music and other noise should never be loud enough to disturb the neighbors.
• If a neighbor makes a noise complaint to the owner, you will be notified and warned. The second complaint is grounds for removal of all guests.
• Quiet Hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am by the City of Scottsdale. Any fines assessed will be passed along to the guest to pay.
• No parties, events, weddings or other unapproved gatherings.
• If a complaint is made against a guest by the city and a fine is implemented, the guest is to pay the fine in full. Even if the guest has departed.
