The sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom featuring one King bed, a guest bedroom with one Queen bed, and a Queen pull-out couch located in the living room. For your entertainment, Apple TVs are provided in each of these primary spaces. The layout is completed by 3 bathrooms (2.5 bath), ensuring plenty of space and convenience for everyone in your group.

Tastefully decorated with beach décor, the condo feels both inviting and comfortable. The interior features a well-stocked kitchen equipped with pots and pans, tableware, utensils, serving ware, and a coffee machine, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of home.

As this is a privately owned condo, your stay includes use of the pool and spa; however, other resort services such as the concierge, front desk, shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, and bike rentals are not included. Additionally, the fireplace is ornamental and non-operational. Due to the cool ocean breezes typical of Santa Cruz county, this property does not have air conditioning.
