The thoughtfully designed layout includes a master suite on the main floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom features a queen bed with shared bathroom access, while the second bedroom serves as a master suite with a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with shared bathroom, and the fourth bedroom delights with twin beds in a Disney-themed setting. Each bedroom includes a TV for entertainment.

The open-concept main floor showcases a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. The space flows seamlessly into a dining area with seating for six, plus breakfast bar seating for four. The cozy living room features comfortable sofa seating and flatscreen TV with direct access to the pool area. Laundry facilities with washer and dryer are conveniently located on the upper level.

Outside, your private splash pool awaits with two sun loungers and outdoor dining table seating for six under a shaded lanai - perfect for soaking up Florida's sunshine. A pool safety fence ensures peace of mind for families.

The Champions Gate community offers incredible resort amenities just minutes away, including an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, children's playroom, gaming arcade, movie theater, bar and restaurant, and concierge desk. Water enthusiasts will love the circular communal swimming pool, private pool rooms, tiki bar, children's splash zone, water slide, and lazy river. Active guests can enjoy beach volleyball and pickle ball courts.

Located near Interstate 4, this retreat provides easy access to Orlando's attractions while offering a tranquil escape. The property includes free parking, smart lock self check-in, air conditioning, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Pool and spa heating requires a minimum of four consecutive days and is recommended from October through May (additional fees apply).

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests receive access information three days prior to arrival. Please note that pets are not permitted.
