Check-in begins at 4:00 PM with contactless smart lock entry, while check-out is at 10:00 AM. A pre-check-in verification process through the Guest App is required, including rental agreement signing and ID verification. Additional amenities like BBQ grills, pool heaters, cribs, and high chairs are available for an extra fee. Please note pets are not permitted, guests must be 21 or older to book, and a $400 refundable damage deposit is held two days before arrival and returned within 48 hours after checkout.
