The first floor is anchored by a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace and Smart TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a private bedroom featuring a queen bed. On the second floor, guests will find an open loft bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bunk bed featuring a full-size bottom bunk and a twin-size top bunk. This upper level also includes a relaxing nook complete with a sofa, games, toys, and a TV, as well as a balcony with outdoor seating for fresh air and city views.

Step outside to the relaxing backyard, which offers an outdoor patio with a table and chairs, and a propane fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Inside, the home's unique character is further highlighted by a dedicated office for work or leisure and a one-of-a-kind flooring style that adds to the property's custom feel.

Located near central West Seattle, you are just minutes away from top dining, boutique shops, and beautiful parks, with a short drive taking you straight into Downtown Seattle.

• Parking: Dedicated parking space behind the house and free street parking available
• No pets allowed
• No smoking: Violations result in a $500 loss of damage deposit
• No shoes inside the house
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or unauthorized guests (Unauthorized guests incur a $150 per night fee)
• Bunk Bed Safety: Top bunk has a strict weight limit of 130 lbs
• Please note: This home does not have AC, and ants may occasionally be present during spring and summer.

Early check-in options are available based on availability: 1:00 PM ($60), 2:00 PM ($45), or 3:00 PM ($30).
