Welcome to our breathtaking townhouse in Solterra Resort, where you can experience the ultimate Florida getaway in Davenport. Bathed in natural light, this inviting space sets the stage for memorable moments and joyful gatherings with your loved ones.

This expansive home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor, you can indulge in the ultimate comfort of a room featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will discover more beautifully designed bedrooms, including a room adorned with another luxurious king bed and a delightful room featuring two twin beds. For added convenience, there is a room with a queen bed accompanied by an ensuite bathroom, and a final room with two twin beds that offers a cozy retreat for a peaceful slumber.

Step outside to take a dip in the large screened pool and spa, or simply lounge on one of the many chairs while soaking up the Florida sun. Inside, you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience, though we kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Located within the prestigious Solterra Resort, guests have access to a community clubhouse (subject to a one-time HOA fee). The property is equipped with a doorbell camera positioned towards the street and front door for added security.

• Minimum rental age: 21 years old
• Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome; however, please keep them off the furniture. A $250 fee applies for any damages caused by pets. Restrictions apply; please contact our team for details.
• Pool/Spa heating: $70 every 5 days (not prorated)
• Grill use: $50 fee
• Early check-in: $56.75
• Late checkout: $79.50
• Solterra Clubhouse Access: One-time HOA fee of $35 for reservations with 12 guests or less, and $45 for 13 or more guests.
