• Access: Private stair-access entrance shared with the main-floor unit
• Rules: No pets, parties, or events are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind (including 420) inside or outside the property. A $250 cleaning fee applies to violations.
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM per city ordinance. Please respect the neighbors and this historic home; noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund after the first warning.
