The minimum booking age is 25, and a government-issued photo ID is required upon booking for check-in instructions. A $1 security deposit hold is required, which is released the day after departure. Smoking is prohibited inside the home or within 10 feet of any doors or windows, and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
